CHOC & STRAWBERRY CAKE
I used my chocolate cake recipe and changed it up!
I baked the cake in a 23cm bundt tin on 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes. Remove the cake from the tin and let it cool completely. While the cake was cooling I cut up some strawberries and added some sugar and set aside. When the cake was completely cooled I made the ganache. I set the ganache aside to thicken slightly. Cut the cake in half, spread some ganache on the bottom half and spread over the cut strawberries. Place the top half on and carefully spoon over the remainder of the ganache, letting it drip down the sides. Cut some strawberries in half to decorate the cake. I finished it off with grated chocolate. Enjoy!
