This is so easy to make, takes no time at all and looks and tastes fabulous.


Strawberries, melted chocolate, vegetable oil.

Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Break up the chocolate (I use cadbury milk chocolate slabs) and add a tiny bit of oil to the bowl. To one slab I added about 1/4 teaspoon of oil. Place the chocolate in the microwave for 20 second intervals, stirring inbetween until the chocolate melts. Then get dipping! Hold onto the stalk firmly and dip the strawberry into the chocolate. Let any excess chocolate drip back into the bowl and place the strawberry on some non stick baking paper. I allowed the chocolate to set and then melted some white chocolate and drizzled it over. Leave at room temperature to set or place in the fridge. You can try all sorts of patterns, half brown half white chocolate. Swirl some white chocolate into the brown chocolate and dip for a tye and dye effect. Enjoy!
