Any store bought sponge cake with icing, chocolate, sprinkles.
I used a caramel swiss roll, you can use your favorite cake - chocolate, red velvet, cheesecake etc. Place the cake in a bowl and break it down with a fork. Then roll the crumbs into balls, place them on a tray, cover with clingwrap and place it in the freezer for 2 hours. Freezing it makes it much easier to handle when dipping into the chocolate. Melt the chocolate of your choice, and using a fork scoop up a ball and dip it in the chocolate. Shake off the excess chocolate and gently place the ball on a greased tray. The chocolate will set very quickly as the ball is frozen so sprinkle whatever you like over the ball as soon as you have dipped it. Place in the fridge to set for a few minutes. Enjoy!
