Teriyaki Pork

Love this sauce!

Ingredients

500g pork rump steak, 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons each crushed ginger and garlic, 3 tablespoons corn flour, 2-3 teaspoons red chilli flakes, sesame oil, vegetable oil, broccoli, yellow bell pepper, baby marrow, spring onions, noodles or rice.

Slice the pork into thin slices and place in a bowl. Whisk together the sauces, sugar, flour, ginger, garlic, and chilli flakes. Pour this mixture over the pork and stir well. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Cut up the vegetables into small pieces. Heat up a wok and add a little vegetable oil and a few drops of sesame oil. Fry the pork ( reserving the liquid for later) until nice and brown and cooked through. Remove from the wok. Add some oil again and fry the vegetables until cooked but firm. Add back the pork and the reserved liquid. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens - 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve with rice or noodles. Enjoy!
