If you love apple pie you will love this!
4 pears, 4 apples, juice of half a lemon, sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 batch of scones (recipe already posted), 250ml fresh cream whipped.
Peel and dice the apples and pears and place in a pot. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar depending on the sweetness of the fruit. Add the juice of half a lemon and the cinnamon. Cook until the fruit is soft and all the liquid has evaporated. Set aside to cool completely. Cut the scones in half and arrange on a serving tray. Place the cooled fruit on each scone and top with the whipped fresh cream. Decorate as you like. Enjoy!
