1 packet tennis biscuits, 250g cream cheese, 3 tablespoons lemon curd, 400g strawberries. (all store bought!)

Slice up the strawberries and place in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir through. Set aside. Crush the tennis biscuits and place a small amount at the bottom of a wine glass or dessert bowl. Beat together the cream cheese and lemon curd and spoon some into each glass. Top with the strawberries. Place in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy! If you want a totally egg free dessert then use an eggless biscuit and replace the lemon curd with icing sugar and lemon rind.
