Maya's Favourite! Elegant and delicious and so easy to make. I added cinnamon to the sugar and it tastes great.


400g roll of puff pastry, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, melted butter.

Place the pastry flat out on a board. Combine the sugar and cinnamon. Spread a layer of melted butter over the pastry. Then sprinkle on the sugar cinnamon mixture. Press the mixture gently onto the pastry. Then roll one side of the pastry to the centre (lengthways), and then the other side to meet in the centre. Cut the pastry, using a sharp knife, into slices. Place the slices on a greased baking tray and brush them with melted butter. Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 12-15 minutes or until light brown. Enjoy!
