If you love oreos then you will love these!
1 litre vanilla ice-cream, 1 box oreos (176g).
Place the ice-cream in a bowl to soften slightly. Place 6-7 oreos in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Do not crush until too fine, Just crush into small pieces. Fold the crushed oreos into the ice-cream. Place the mixture in a 20cm cake tin and flatten out and smooth the top. Cover with cling film and freeze for 6 hours. Then using a cookie cutter the size of an oreo, cut out circles of the ice-cream. Carefully seperate an oreo into two, and sandwich together with the ice-cream. Wrap in cling film and freeze to enjoy whenever the oreo craving hits you!
