A one dish Chicken meal. So easy and delicious!


8-10 pieces of chicken, 1 onion, 1 butternut, 2 teaspoons ginger and garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons each cayenne pepper and curry powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 4 teaspoons mustard powder, 250ml fresh cream, grated parmesan cheese.

Peel the onion and butternut and cut into pieces. Add to the chicken pieces. Add all the spices and cream and massage into the chicken and vegetables. Lay it all out on a baking tray and sprinkle over some cayenne pepper. Bake at 200degrees celsius for 50 minutes. Sprinkle over the parmesan cheese and place under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Enjoy!
