Crab Curry Photo Album

Soak crab for a couple of hours to defrost.

Remove the legs.

Place the body on a board. insert a knife between the shell and the body. Carefully remove the shell.

Discard the shell and remove the tentacles etc from the body. Also remove all the brown/grey stuff.

Use a small brush or scourer to brush the body and legs.

Soak the crab in water with tumeric while you start the curry.
